Tonight we push clock hands forward…our night’s rest seems so much shorter!!! But then tomorrow, it will be the start of British Summer Time!
Fred, who is passionate about clocks gives us this interesting tip:
“If, after inserting a new battery in your quartz watch, it still doesn’t go, try this: Open the back, and with a child’s paintbrush gently paint the movement with a dip of liquid lighter fuel. If this doesn’t work, try another new battery. They do not have an indefinite shelf life! “
