Advent Day 5 - Generous Giving

Breakfast with SantaAt this time of year members of St Mark's and our uniformed groups usually meet for breakfast and then during our morning service give our gifts to Santa to take to East Surrey Domestic Abuse Services  (ESDAS) to help families who have had to flee their homes because of suffering domestic abuse.

Although we are unable to have breakfast this year Santa still needs our help.  The fireplace and stocking are up waiting to receive your gifts for parents (mostly women) children and teens to make their Christmas special in this very difficult time.

You can bring your unwrapped, new gifts to the church on
Saturday 5th December between 10 am and 2 pm  when we will be holding our Christmas Market.
Sunday 6th December (morning worship)
Gifts can also be left at the Vicarage anytime on or before the 6th December.
T
hey will be delivered to ESDAS on 7th December.

If you want to know more about the work of ESDAS the web address is https://www.esdas.org.uk/

Thank you for your generosity
